El sector de la hostelería y la restauración es uno de los dos sectores que más oportunidades laborales ofrece por ello el curso de manipulador de alimentos es uno del más demandado

En este artículo queremos hablar de los diferentes tipos de carnet que existen aunque en la normativa actual no recoge esta diferenciación, pero si la hay a la hora de la oferta de cursos.

Dicho carnet no es solo obligatorio para personas que trabajan en hostelería si no son son obligatorios también para realizar cualquier manipulación de alimentos en el proceso de elaboración, venta, distribución, o envasado.

Se divide en dos grupos.

Carnet de manipulador de alimentos de menor a bajo riesgo

Este carnet podría ser el básico destinado a los trabajadores que manipulan los alimentos de manera ocasional o indirecta.

Con este carnet, podríamos transportar mercancías alimentarias y participar en la producción agro-ganadera. En ningún momento se podría realizar ninguna transformación en el alimento.

Carnet de manipulador de alimentos de alto riesgo

Para obtener el carnet de manipulador de alimentos de alto riesgo tendremos las nociones que se necesitan en el carnet de manipulador de alimentos de bajo o medio riesgo y está destinado para aquellos trabajos que tiene contacto directo con los alimentos.

Este contacto puede ser en la elaboración, manipulación, preparación, suministros y servicio directo al consumidor o colectividades (carniceros, panaderos, camareros, fruteros, pasteleros, queseros, comedores, etc.).

Este carnet está destinado a evitar posibles intoxicaciones alimentarias ya que su objetivo es el de dotar de conocimientos sobre higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

Se puede complementar este curso con otros más específicos como son los cursos de alérgenos e intolerancias alimenticias .

    First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I've had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
