En esta ocasión queremos hablar de una formación que, aunque estamos en la zona no costera es interesante si te gustan los trabajos con barcos.

Qué aprenderás en TPC trabajos marítimos

Adquirir unos conocimientos preventivos básicos y generales, tanto a nivel teórico como práctico, que le permite la aplicación de técnicas seguras de trabajo durante la ejecución de las unidades de obra que lleva un cabo.

Destinatario del TPC trabajos marítimos

Los trabajadores que desarrollan su actividad en empresas encuadradas en el marco del Convenio General del Sector de la Construcción.

Titulación del TPC trabajos marítimos

Al término de la acción formativa el alumno, en el caso de haber sido calificado como APTO, un diploma acreditativo de la formación realizada expedido por la Fundación Laboral de la Construcción. Caso de NO SER APTO, el alumno tendrá un certificado de participación en el curso expedido, igualmente, por la Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, siempre y cuando haya satisfecho el requisito de asistencia a las clases.
Asimismo, a través de esta acción formativa, el trabajador puede solicitar la Tarjeta Profesional de la Construcción (TPC).

Objetivos del curso

Identifique qué actividades, sistemas de ejecución, materiales y equipos de trabajo se incluyen en el oficio de operario de obras marítimas.
Reconocer y evaluar los riesgos específicos inherentes a las tareas, equipos de trabajo y áreas del oficio concreto, así como conocer sus técnicas preventivas concretas.
Conocer los medios de protección colectiva y los equipos de protección individual que se utilizan con mayor frecuencia durante la realización de este oficio, así como motivador y capacitar al trabajador para su correcto uso y mantenimiento.
Conocer los mecanismos para la planificación de las tareas desde un punto de vista preventivo.
Provocar la participación y la implicación de cada trabajador en la aplicación de la prevención en su oficio.

?? У кого в дипломе хоть раз была правда?

Вот реально: вы когда-нибудь открывали свой диплом и думали — "да, всё, что здесь написано, я действительно знаю и умею"?
У многих — только бумажка. Корочка, глянцевая, с гербом и подписями, которую HR смотрит за 1,5 секунды. А потом спрашивают: опыт, кейсы, компетенции, "что умеешь по факту?". Диплом где-то там, в глубокой папке.

Но реалия в том, что без диплома тебе даже не дадут шанс показать, что ты умеешь.
Ты можешь быть крутым специалистом, уметь в IT, дизайн, управление, логистику — но без документа с золотым тиснением не попадешь на собеседование.

?? Нормально ли это? Нет. Реальность ли это? Да.

Вот потому и появляются услуги, которые дают предложение:

?? И что в итоге?

Диплом становится не подтверждением знаний, а входным билетом. Как QR-код в метро — проверили, что есть, и пропустили.
Поэтому люди и покупают.
Не потому что глупые. А потому что взрослые, занятые, уставшие от лишнего.
Потому что хотят не учиться "ради процесса", а работать по делу.

?? Ирония в том, что большинство таких дипломов — работают.
Даже если ты их не учил — ты знаешь, как применить. А вот "настоящие выпускники" потом всё равно идут на курсы и стажировки, потому что ничего не помнят.

И что важнее: корочка или то, как ты справляешься с задачей?
